Ordered from Nova Tech? Here is how to find out where your order is.

Your order's steps

• Confirmation: our team calls you to confirm the order, usually the same day.
• Shipping: the parcel goes to the courier within 24 hours of confirmation.
• Delivery: the courier calls you before coming. Allow 2 to 5 working days.

Check your parcel

Write to us through our Contact page with your name and the phone number you ordered with: we will tell you where it is and, once shipped, its tracking number.

Nobody called you?

Check that the number you entered is right and that your phone is reachable, then contact us: we will reschedule the delivery.
