These terms apply to every order placed on the Nova Tech website. By ordering, you accept them.

Products and prices

Our products are described and photographed with care. Prices are shown in your country's currency, all taxes included. Delivery fees, if any, are shown before you confirm your order.

Orders

Your order is recorded as soon as you submit the form. Our team then calls you to confirm it: an order that is not confirmed is not shipped.

Payment

You pay the courier in cash when you receive your parcel.

Delivery

Delivery times and areas are given on our Shipping page. Please stay reachable on the number you entered so the courier can contact you.

Exchanges and returns

Our exchange and refund conditions are set out on our Returns & Refunds page.

Liability

Nova Tech cannot be held responsible for a delay caused by the courier or by an incomplete address. Product photos are for illustration.

Changes

We may change these terms at any time; the version that applies is the one in force on the day of your order.
